Our story
Qaldy AI started in Astana in September 2023. Since then we have built AI tools for companies, agents for founders and students, and open-source tools for developers. Here is the path, with dates.

2024
Inside real companies
Our first client tools helped national and industrial companies run strategy sessions and plan change. The tools worked. The harder part was fitting them into daily work and keeping them running after launch.

Shipping our own
We also built and shipped our own products: CodeArchitect MCP, an open-source server for AI coding sessions with 1,400+ npm downloads; Consultant, a voice agent that interviews founders; and Q, a bilingual assistant for the QairuHub student community.

Mission
Connect people to AI, and AI to people.
It started as Tair’s line, and it describes the job. We sit with the people who do the work, build the system into their tools, and stay until it is simply how the company runs.
Three things we don’t do
We don’t hand over a slide deck and leave.
We don’t name a client without their permission.
We don’t pretend our assistant is a person.
Why now
Kazakhstan made AI state policy
The state has set the rules for AI and is building the infrastructure. What companies still need is people who fit AI into daily work. That is the job we do.

Law No. 230-VIII “On Artificial Intelligence”, signed on 17 November 2025, in force since 18 January 2026.1

A ministry for AI
The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, created by presidential decree in September 2025.2

The Year of Digitalization and AI
A presidential decree of 6 January 2026 declared 2026 the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence.3
