What this site is

try.qaldy.com presents Qaldy AI, an AI integration and automation partner from Astana, and lets you talk to our AI assistant about your project. Using the site or the assistant does not create a contract. Any work is agreed separately and in writing.

Using the assistant

• Qaldy is an AI assistant. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important with our team.
• Qaldy replies in the language you use, including Russian and other languages it supports. The website itself is in English and Kazakh.
• Do not share passwords, bank card numbers, your IIN or other sensitive data, and do not share other people’s personal data without their permission.
• Voice sessions last up to 15 minutes, and daily use is limited to keep the service available for everyone.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• try to get around rate limits, bot protection or other security measures;
• try to make the assistant reveal its instructions, act against these terms or harm others;
• send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, spam, or files containing malware;
• scrape the site or the assistant with automated tools, or overload the service.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Your content

What you tell the assistant or send in a request stays yours. You allow us to use it to answer you, to prepare and discuss a proposal, and to improve how we respond, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content and other brands

The site’s texts, design, graphics and code belong to Qaldy AI. You may share links to the site but not copy it or reuse its content commercially without our permission. Other names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners, and linked products run on their own websites under their own terms.

Availability

We provide the site and the assistant “as is”. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we may change, pause or stop any part at any time, for example for maintenance or security.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Qaldy AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the assistant, or for decisions made only on the basis of the assistant’s answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Astana, unless mandatory law gives you another choice.
