Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. We use only what the site needs to work, and analytics only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Browser storage
While a conversation is open, the site keeps it in your browser tab (sessionStorage) so it stays on screen when you move between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab or confirm a request.
Bot protection
When bot protection is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile may check that you are a person before the assistant starts or a request is sent. It runs in a frame served from challenges.cloudflare.com, does not set cookies on our domain and processes technical signals from your browser under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics, only with your permission
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we count page views and how the assistant is used. If our PostHog analytics (EU Cloud, Frankfurt) is switched on, it keeps these items in your browser’s storage for this site only (localStorage) and sets no cookies:

If you choose “Essential only”, analytics stores nothing in your browser, and anything it stored earlier, cookies included, is removed.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to allow or withdraw analytics. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then ask again. More about how we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
